Country Sales Manager (m/f/d) Saudi Arabia
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all functions and distributor are aligned with the goals and strategies of our business in Saudi Arabia
- Foster collaboration with local distributor to provide guidance, support and training to maximize sales performance and market penetration in alignment with company guidelines and objectives
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and development by gathering insights from key stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals)
- Collaborate with our distributor and medical professionals to promote our products and solutions and provide educational and scientific support as needed
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance metrics for senior management
- Develop and implement strategies to address any gaps or challenges in the market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Healthcare and Medical Devices industry in Saudi Arabia
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Full time job
- Location: based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh with frequent travel required within the country
