For the Development Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for a
Team Leader Product Development (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan and lead product development projects for medical devices and instruments in an agile project management environment
- Provide disciplinary leadership to an interdisciplinary project team and lateral leadership to external collaboration partners
- Clarify tasks and responsibilities within the project
- Monitor adherence to objectives and initiate any necessary corrective actions
- Coordinate and manage project tasks
- Provide reporting on the current status of ongoing projects in the form of status reports
- Facilitate project team meetings, design reviews and quality gates
- Prepare project documentation
Your Skills
- Degree in engineering, business engineering or natural sciences
- Experience with technology in the field of optics and diagnostics desirable
- Several years of professional and ideally disciplinary leadership experience in agile project teams
- In-depth experience in working with external collaboration partners
- Initiative and decision-making abilities combined with strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility
- Keen intuition for communication coupled with a high level of commitment and assertiveness
- Good command of spoken and written English and German
